These terms govern your use of scentwash.com and any purchase from Scent Wash. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Scent Wash sells laundry detergent pods for household use. Product images are illustrative; fragrance experience varies with water, fabric and drying. Keep pods out of reach of children and pets and follow the instructions on the box.

Orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues and will refund any amount charged.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel from your account at any time before the next billing date. See our Subscription policy for details.

Shipping and returns

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The Scent Wash name, logo, fragrance names, packaging and site content are our property or used under licence and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent Wash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
