How many pods do I use per load?

One pod for a regular load (up to 6 lb). Use two for large loads, heavily soiled items or extra-large capacity machines. Place the pod in the drum first, then add clothes.

Does it work in cold water?

Yes. The pod dissolves fully in cold water and the enzymes are formulated to work without heat. Cold water also helps the fragrance last longer on fabric.

Will the fragrance be overpowering?

No. The scent is composed like a fine fragrance, with top, heart and base notes that settle into the fibres rather than sit on top of them. It reads as noticeable up close and never loud, and lasts up to two weeks on stored clothes.

Can I mix fragrances between washes?

Yes. Residual fragrance in the drum is minimal and does not carry into the next load.

Is it safe for HE machines and septic systems?

Yes. The formula is low-sudsing and HE compatible, and the pod film is water-soluble and biodegradable.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

We use no dyes, parabens, phosphates or phthalates. Fragrance ingredients can be allergens for some people; the full ingredient disclosure for every scent is on our ingredients page. If a product causes irritation, write to us for a full refund.

How should I store the pods?

In the original box with the lid closed, in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children and pets. Always handle with dry hands.

How does it work?

Choose your fragrance, box size and cadence (every 1, 2 or 3 months). You save 15% on every delivery.

Can I change, skip or cancel?

Yes, from your account at any time. Swap fragrances, skip a delivery, pause or cancel with one click. No calls, no fees.

Which cadence should I choose?

A 70 pod box lasts about a month for a family of four, two months for a couple and three months for one person. A 30 pod box lasts about a month for one or two people.

Where do you ship?

Across the United States. Orders over $60 ship free; everything else ships at the flat rate shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 6 business days.

What is the scent guarantee?

If your first box doesn't make laundry day better, write to us within 30 days and we'll refund it. No return needed.
