Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.

Rates

Orders of $60 or more ship free. Orders under $60 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) and arrive within 3 to 6 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your box ships.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries ship on your billing date at the cadence you chose (every 1, 2 or 3 months). You can change the date, skip or pause from your account.

Address changes

Write to support@scentwash.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but the box is missing, or the box arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it.
