How Scent Wash subscriptions work

When you choose Subscribe & save, you agree to receive your selected fragrance and box size on a recurring basis at the cadence you pick (every 1, 2 or 3 months) at 15% off the one-time price shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged on each billing date and the box ships the same day.

Managing your subscription

From your account you can swap fragrances or box size, change the next delivery date, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time. Changes made before the billing date apply to the next delivery. There are no fees or minimum terms.

Price changes

If the list price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before it applies to your subscription.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we'll retry and email you. After three failed attempts the subscription is paused until a valid payment method is added.

Guarantee

The 30-day scent guarantee applies to the first delivery of a new subscription.
