How Scent Wash subscriptions work

When you choose Subscribe & save, you authorise Scent Wash to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis for your selected fragrance and box size, at the cadence you pick (every 1, 2 or 3 months), at 15% off the one-time price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your payment method is charged on each billing date and the box ships the same day. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

Managing your subscription

From your account you can swap fragrances or box size, change the next delivery date, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time. Changes made before the billing date apply to the next delivery. There are no fees or minimum terms. You can also email support@scentwash.com and we will make the change for you within one business day.

Price changes

If the list price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before it applies to your subscription.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we'll retry and email you. After three failed attempts the subscription is paused until a valid payment method is added.

Guarantee

The 30-day scent guarantee applies to the first delivery of a new subscription.

Disputes

Any dispute about a subscription is resolved as set out in our Terms of Service: individually, by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida.
